On February 4, Ambassador Zheng Bingkai and Prime Minister Mia Mottley of Barbados jointly attended and addressed the handover ceremony of the China-aid Project of Hope Agriculture Training Institute. On behalf of the Chinese Government, Ambassador Zheng formally handed over the Project to the Government of Barbados. Minister of Training and Tertiary Education Sandra V. Husbands and other relevant government officials, along with nearly one hundred representatives from various sectors, were also in attendance.
