The Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Barbados has carried out Airline Boarding Requirements for Certificates of Negative Nucleic Acid and Anti-Body Blood Tests Results since Novmember 4, 2020. Please refer to http://bb.chineseembassy.org/eng/notice/t1828157.htm for details.
Starting from November 11, 2020, all foreign passengers who are taking flights from Barbados and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines to China are required to apply for the Health Declaration Code online. Foreign passengers shall log in the website https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/ via computers or smart phones, fill in the information and upload their certificates of both negative results of nucleic acid test and IgM anti-body test. After reviewing the online application, the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Barbados will process the application and then issue Health Declaration Codes to the qualified applicants, which will be displayed in green QR code with the "HDC" mark. The Health Declaration Code is required while boarding, which can be presented on the smart phone or as a printed document.
The Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Barbados will no longer accept the e-mail applications for the Health Declaration Form starting from November 11, 2020.
